Look at the flat area that can actually hold the sticker, including seams, handles, vents, curves, and labels that must remain visible. A design for a journal corner needs a different silhouette from artwork intended for a laptop lid or shipping case. Write down the viewing distance and the one feature that must be recognized first. That small brief prevents a favorite photo, mascot, or phrase from becoming a crowded miniature.

Prepare artwork the studio can evaluate

Use a clear raster file or begin from a focused written idea.

The current upload path accepts PNG, JPEG, and WebP files up to 10 MB and checks for at least 600 by 600 pixels. Export transparent PNG when the artwork needs its own contour; use a high-quality JPEG or WebP when the background is deliberately part of the design. Keep an editable original outside the browser. For a logo, QR code, exact spelling, or established layout, choose preserve mode so the request does not invite creative reinterpretation.

Choose size and shape by legibility

A strong sticker reads as a silhouette before a viewer notices small details.

Print a paper outline at the intended size and place it on the real object. Check faces, thin lettering, narrow gaps, and tiny isolated shapes from normal viewing distance. A simple circle or rectangle can protect delicate content; an organic contour can make a bold character feel more alive. Only submit material you own or have permission to reproduce.

Artwork permission and privacy are separate decisions. Confirming rights allows StickerMigo to process the requested product; it does not grant a general license to sell the artwork to other people. The custom product remains unlisted unless separate Community Creations consent is selected and the project passes publication review. Do not place passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information inside an artwork file or project description.

Review the product, not only the screen preview

The order decision should use the prepared product page and its current specifications.

When processing finishes, inspect the main image, contour, spelling, orientation, material, finish, price, pack quantity, and inventory shown on the private product. Recheck codes and small type using the physical size rather than browser zoom. Read the custom-production, shipping, and returns policies before checkout because custom goods have different change and return limits from a ready-made catalog item. If an important detail is wrong, resolve it before ordering instead of assuming print will correct it.
