Before submitting a report
Confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for one, and identify the specific material you believe is affected. Consider whether a license, limitation, exception, or mistaken identity could apply. StickerMigo cannot provide legal advice to either side.
This page is a general rights-reporting channel. It does not represent a registered statutory agent, prescribe a universal legal notice format, or replace a procedure that mandatory law requires in a particular jurisdiction.
Information that supports a focused report
Use the contact form, select “Intellectual-property concern,” and include:
- your name and reliable contact information;
- the rights holder you represent and your authority to act;
- a clear description of the copyrighted work, trademark, design, likeness, or other right;
- the exact StickerMigo URL, product name, image, or project reference at issue;
- the country or territory and the factual basis for the concern;
- supporting registration, authorization, or comparison information where relevant;
- a good-faith statement that the challenged use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or law;
- a statement that the report is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.
Protect sensitive documents
Do not send passwords, complete payment data, or confidential agreement terms that are unnecessary for the report. State that supporting documentation is available if the form cannot transmit it securely.
What may happen after a report
StickerMigo may acknowledge the report, ask for clarification or documentation of authority, preserve relevant records, temporarily restrict the material, contact the uploader or catalog administrator, examine available licensing information, or decline an unsupported request.
A report can result in restoring, editing, restricting, or removing material; cancelling unperformed production; or maintaining the current status. The outcome depends on the evidence, contract terms, service role, applicable law, and rights of affected parties.
Accurate reports and counter-information
Knowingly false or materially misleading reports can harm creators and customers. Submit only claims you can support. A person affected by a restriction may provide authorization, ownership records, identification of the wrong material, or other relevant counter-information through the same contact form.
Repeated abuse of the reporting process may lead to additional verification or limits on submissions, without preventing access to any process required by law.
