The important distinction
A standard catalog item can usually be resold if returned unused. A personalized product is made for one customer and may become non- cancellable once artwork or production begins. This distinction does not remove remedies for goods that are damaged, defective, materially different from the selected design, the wrong specification, or missing.
Report problems promptly
Report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order as soon as reasonably possible after discovery. Any order-specific window shown at checkout or in the order record applies, without limiting a longer or non-waivable remedy under applicable consumer law.
In-stock catalog products
You may request a return when a catalog item is unused, unapplied, and in its original condition. Make the request promptly after delivery and use the verified route on the contact page before sending anything so the item, address, and method can be confirmed. Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or covered by a legal right to free return shipping, the customer is responsible for postage and safe packaging.
Custom and personalized products
A product made from customer artwork, text, dimensions, personalization, or a custom design generally cannot be returned for a preference change after production starts. Before production, ask promptly; a change or cancellation may be possible but is not guaranteed. Completed work and non-recoverable provider charges affect a refund only where checkout terms and law allow.
Before ordering, check spelling, artwork version, dimensions, material, finish, cutline, and every visible detail. See the custom sticker details.
Reporting problems, remedies, and refunds
As soon as reasonably possible after discovery, provide the order number, checkout email, description, affected quantity, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant. Keep the goods and packaging until we can help resolve the issue.
Depending on the record, evidence, quantity, feasibility, applicable law, and customer preference, the remedy may be correction, replacement, reprint, partial refund, or full refund. A confirmed refund returns to the original payment method unless law or an agreement requires otherwise. Provider posting time is outside the storefront's control.
What is not normally a production defect
- reasonable screen-to-print color differences;
- disclosed minor cut, placement, or size tolerances;
- damage from an unsuitable, dirty, textured, wet, or hot surface;
- ordinary wear, improper storage, or unsupported care;
- a visible detail in the selected custom design; or
- a preference change about a correctly supplied product.
These examples do not override mandatory law or a specific written product promise.
