Buying stickers

What is the difference between a catalog and custom sticker?
A catalog sticker is ready to order in a published design and standard size. A custom sticker starts with your artwork or idea and lives on a private product link. Custom products have different cancellation and return rules.
When is my order confirmed?
The cart is not an order reservation. Checkout revalidates product information and totals. A PayPal return alone does not mark the order paid; StickerMigo confirms the provider reference, currency, amount, and capture status on the server.
Can I find character stickers and original designs?
Yes. The shop brings together character collections, StickerMigo originals, and everyday-life designs. Each product page shows the available size, material, finish, and care information.

Custom artwork

Which files work best?
Use an original vector file for logos and flat artwork or a high-resolution transparent PNG for raster illustration. Avoid screenshots and social-media previews. The file must have enough pixels for the final physical size.
How does a custom sticker come together?
Upload artwork or describe an idea, choose the shape and intended use, then open your private product link when it is ready. Your artwork, size choices, and ordering options stay together there. See Custom Sticker Details.
Can StickerMigo print a logo or famous character I upload?
Upload only artwork you own or are allowed to reproduce. For logos, people, and recognizable third-party characters, make sure you have the relevant permission before starting a custom sticker.
Does AI make an image automatically safe to sell?
No. AI-assisted creation does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, or permission to use a logo, person, or protected character. Start with an original concept and only upload art you can use.

Delivery, changes, and returns

How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?
The cart or checkout presents available delivery methods, charges, and any estimate for the address. Production time and carrier transit are separate, and a date is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Submit a request immediately. A change is not confirmed until accepted and may be unavailable after fulfillment, artwork work, material allocation, or production begins. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.
What if an item is damaged or does not match the order?
Keep the item and packaging, then use the contact form with the order number, affected quantity, description, and photographs where relevant. The resolution depends on the evidence, product type, and applicable rights.

Materials, application, and care

Does weather-resistant mean indestructible?
No. Vinyl and laminate can improve resistance to moisture, sunlight, and abrasion, but performance changes with the surface, edge exposure, temperature, detergent, flexing, and care. Follow the product-specific guidance.
How should I apply a sticker?
Use a smooth, compatible surface. Clean it, let it dry fully, avoid condensation and oils, position the sticker before pressing, and apply firm pressure from the center outward. Allow the adhesive to build before washing or heavy handling.
Why can printed color differ from my screen?
Screens emit light while print reflects it. Display calibration, color profiles, vinyl, ink, laminate, and room lighting all affect appearance. View designs at their intended size and use a physical sample when color is especially important.

Market readiness

These policies state StickerMigo's current operating rules clearly. Before sales open in a new market, applicable consumer, privacy, tax, and accessibility requirements should be assessed by qualified local counsel and matched to checkout behavior.
