The person ordering must have permission to reproduce the mark for the intended use.

Use the official logo artwork supplied by the rights holder and avoid rebuilding it from a screenshot, social thumbnail, or search result. Keep the vector or layered master as the reference even though the public studio currently needs a raster export. Confirm the correct lockup, colors, trademark elements, and clear-space rules. A technically clean file does not replace brand approval or legal permission.

Export for the current upload path

Create a high-quality PNG, JPEG, or WebP without discarding the editable source.

Transparent PNG is usually the clearest delivery copy for a contour logo. JPEG works only when the background is intentional; WebP can be suitable after checking transparency and compression. The form accepts files up to 10 MB and requires at least 600 by 600 pixels. Open the export in a second viewer, check orientation and edge pixels, and choose preserve mode so the workflow is directed to retain exact content.

Design for the smallest real use

Clear space and letter height matter more than a large browser preview.

Print the logo at the candidate size and view it on the package, case, bottle, or event item. Thin taglines, registration marks, and narrow counters can disappear when reduced. Consider a simplified approved lockup when the full version is not legible. Do not stretch the mark to fit a shape; choose a sticker shape that respects the logo's own proportions and leaves an even protective margin.

Test codes and functional elements separately

A visual preview cannot guarantee that a printed QR code or barcode will scan.

Keep adequate quiet space, contrast, and physical module size, then test a real sample using the devices and lighting expected in use. Do not place a code against a cut edge or across a strong curve. The customer remains responsible for final spelling and scan performance. When a code controls payment, identity, safety, access, or regulated information, use a production and verification process designed for that risk.
